Grand Jury hands down indictments

A Dawson County Grand Jury last week indicted 20 suspects on charges ranging from perjury to child molestation and statutory rape. The following list of indictments was provided by the Dawson County Clerk of Superior Courts office.

  

• Athena Lynn Camack, 31, of Dawsonville: Felony interference with government property, misdemeanor escape, two counts misdemeanor obstruction and disorderly conduct.

  

• Richard Allen Cannon, 44, of Jasper: Burglary, felony theft by taking and recidivism.

  

• Shawn Walter Davis, 32, of Dawsonville: Burglary, theft by taking, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, three counts of violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act, criminal trespass and possession of dangerous drugs.

  

• Joshua D. Day, 20, of Dawsonville: Burglary.

  

• James Mac Dodd, 20, of Marble Hill: Burglary and felony theft by taking.

  

• Antonio Fambro, 39, of Stone Mountain: Two counts of felony theft by shoplifting.

  

• Christopher Dale Huskins, 39, of Dawsonville: Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and three counts of obstruction.

  

• Rocky Ray Hutchinson,  24, of Dawsonville: Burglary.

  

• Vernon Hugh Jock, 22, of Dawsonville: Burglary and entering automobile.

  

• Darrin Anthony Legano, 17, of Dawsonville: Burglary and entering automobile.

  

• Jessica Leigh Matthew, 20, of Dawsonville: Criminal attempt to fraudulently obtain a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

  

• Billy Joe Mathis, 19, of Dawsonville: Child molestation, two counts of statutory rape, aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery, false statements and tampering with evidence.

  

• Kimberly E. Mullins, 45, of Cumming: Two counts of perjury.

  

• Andre Deavon Reese, 20, of Atlanta: Two counts of felony theft by shoplifting and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

  

• Lloyd Edward Ridings, 37, of Dawsonville: felony theft by taking, 2nd degree damage to property and recidivism.

  

• Gregory Guy Robertson, 55, of Dawsonville: Solicitation of a crime and criminal attempt.

  

• Courtney Alayna Smith, 18, of Cumming:  felony false statements and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

  

• Brian Lee Swanson, 34, of Dawsonville: Violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act - barbituric acid derivative, drugs outside original container and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

  

• Paul Leonard Watson, 41, of Dawsonville: First degree cruelty to children - Family Violence Act, family violence battery and interference with a 911 call.

  

• Travis W. Woody, 31, of Cumming: Theft by taking motor vehicle.
