Methamphetamine, pills and marijuana were seized by Dawson County authorities last week, during a police raid at a residence in south Dawson County.
According to Dawson County Sheriff Jeff Johnson, on April 7, 2020, investigators with the sheriff's office's Crime Suppression Unit initiated a drug investigation, "based upon information received from an unidentified source" and conducted a search of a residence on Lee Castleberry Road.
During the search investigators seized approximately 90 grams of methamphetamine, 68 Phenobarbital pills, 16 Clonazepam pills, 10 Zolpidem Tartrate pills, 16 grams of marijuana and items allegedly used to distribute or traffic in narcotics, according to arrest reports filed from the incident.
In addition to the seized narcotics, four individuals were arrested following the search, Johnson said
Tianna Mikelle Rucker, 42 of Dawsonville has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance, drug-related objects and disorderly house.
Adam Wilson Lyons, 40, of Dawsonville has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, drug-related objects and a parole violation.
Beverly Elaine Daughtery, 21, of Dahlonega has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Shawn Michael Stafford, 35, of Gainesville has been charged with criminal attempt to possess methamphetamine
Rucker, Lyons, and Daughtery are being held in the Dawson County Detention Center under no bond.
Johnson said that this investigation has been closed and no further arrests are forthcoming.
