A local restaurant in Dawsonville is offering free food for those less fortunate on Christmas Day.

Zack’s Wings Sports Grill is playing host to the first annual Feed the Homeless and Hungry from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 25.

The restaurant will be serving wings, cold cut sandwiches, chicken strips, soup and beans.

There will also be desserts available.

The staff of Zack’s Wings asks that those who wish to volunteer or attend call (706) 265-7777.

Zack’s Wings is located at 29 Main St., in Dawsonville next to the Food Lion shopping center.
