Keller Williams Realty Community Partners and Fox Realty have merged.

The offices will operate under the Keller Williams brand out of 540 Lake Center Parkway, Suite 201 in Cumming.

The merger is being lead by owners Gene Tuggle of Keller Williams Community Partners and Jacqueline Årthur of Fox Realty.

"We are thrilled that two of Cumming and Dawsonville's most influential real estate players are coming together into one," said Tuggle. "We believe that the synergies from this merger will have positive affects on both our agents and for the buyers and sellers we serve in the Cumming and Dawsonville area."

Added Arthur: "The economic benefits of the merger give this market center a huge strategic advantage in the market place. The Forsyth and

Dawsonville community will continue to be served by the great agents who live and work there."

Keller Williams Realty offers comprehensive educational resources and technological tools. The company also offers benefits such as profit sharing that have attracted some of the most talented owners, brokers and agents in the business, said Tuggle.

The year, Keller Williams became the third largest real estate company in the U.S., surpassing Re/Max.

"We are proud of the way our associates do business and we hope Forsyth and Dawsonville residents will think of us when they think of real estate," added Bob Kilinski, regional director of Keller Williams.
