The Dawsonville Lions Club is promoting a “Dining to Donate” event at the local Applebee’s restaurant, 1531 Hwy. 400 South, Dawsonville.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today.

To participate in the Lions Club fundraiser; invitations are required. The invitations are available from Dawsonville Lions.

Fifteen percent of the invitation holder’s food and beverage purchases, excluding tax and gratuity, will be donated to the Lions Club for eye care services.
