Cindy Leigh Cole and Brian Lee Kinney were married April 4, 2009.

The ceremony was held at 1:30 p.m. at New Haven Church in Gainesville.

The bride is the daughter of Linda Cole of Murrayville and the late John Cole.

The groom is the son of Bobby and Brenda Kinney of Rutherfordton, N.C.

The Rev. L. Wayne Hicks officiated the ceremony.

Diane Saxon was the pianist and Brian Kinney, the groom, was the vocalist during the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her mother.

Matron of Honor was Christy Orr, the bride’s sister, of Flowery Branch.

Tiffany Gaines of Gainesville, friend of the bride, served as bridesmaid. Michelle Kinney, groom’s niece, of Forest City, N.C. served as the junior bridesmaid.

Abby Orr of Flowery Branch, bride’s niece, served as flower princess.

Bobby Kinney, groom’s father, of Rutherfordton, N.C., served as best man.

Groomsman was Joe Kinney, groom’s brother, of Forest City, N.C. Junior Groomsman was Andrew King, groom’s son, of Murrayville.

John Thomas Orr, bride’s nephew, of Flower Branch, served as the ring bearer.

The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner April 3 at New Haven Church in Gainesville.

The bride’s mother held a reception following the ceremony at the Frances Meadows Aquatic Center in Gainesville.

Cherryl Hicks of Gainesville was the wedding coordinator. Ansley Dobbs and Madeline Dobbs, both of Oakwood, kept the bride’s book.

Following a cruise to the Bahamas, the couple has made their home in Murrayville.
