From now until Aug. 10, the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall in Dawson County is hosting a back-to-school denim drive to help those in need in the community.
According to a press release from the outlet mall, the drive, “Do Good with Denim”, is aimed at supporting sustainability and positively impacting the North Georgia community.
From Aug. 3 through Aug. 10, shoppers are encouraged to drop off denim clothing at the outlet mall to be recycled. All donated denim products will be sent to the United Way of Forsyth County, where the items will be donated to local families in need. Any type of denim apparel will be accepted in the drive, including jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts and more.
Shoppers who sign up for email alerts during the drive will also have the chance to win a $25 gift card to various North Georgia Premium Outlets retailers.
