On Saturday Dec. 3, crowds of parents and children dressed in their Christmas best visited Rock Creek Park to visit with Santa and participate in fun activities during Dawson County’s 15th annual “Breakfast with Santa” event. 

The event, which was presented by Chick-fil-A, ran from 8 to 11 a.m. and featured games, activities, snacks, shopping, a bounce house and of course an opportunity to take photos with Santa himself. Children at the event excitedly participated in cookie decorating, face painting, writing letters to Santa and making “reindeer food” and “magic Santa dust”.
