Bowen Center for the Arts to hold “Witches Tea” brunch event

On Saturday Oct. 29, the Bowen Center for the Arts will host a “Witches Tea” brunch event, providing a spooky fun time for attendees just in time for Halloween. 

According to the event information provided by the Bowen, the event will run from 10 a.m. to noon, and doors will open at 9:30 a.m. The event will feature “ghoulishly wonderful brunch”, “strange refreshments”, “unusual games” and lots of prizes and surprises. 

“Bring your witchy friends, wear your favorite hat and fly on over to be amongst the ghoulish frenzy of fun fiends,” the event web page reads. 

The cost for the brunch is $25 per person. To reserve a spot, attendees can sign up online at https://www.bowenarts.org/events/witches-tea/, call the Bowen at 706-216-2787 to pay by credit card over the phone, or mail a check to the Bowen at P.O. Box 849, Dawsonville, 30534. 

The Bowen Center for the Arts is located at 334 Highway 9 North in Dawsonville and is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. For more information about the Bowen, go to https://www.bowenarts.org/
