Richard and Sandra Kritikos of Dawsonville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaclyn Nicole Kritikos to Danny Lewis Shane Hall, son of Danny and Amanda Hall of Dawsonville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late George T. Kritikos of Middletown, Calif., Cecil and Betty Simma of Cushing, Okla., John R. and Cathy DeLong of Hiawassee, the late Carroll H. Whitaker and Carol A. Whitaker of Dawsonville.

She is a 2002 graduate of Dawson County High School.

She graduated in 2006 from North Georgia College & State University with an associate’s degree in Nursing Science,  received  a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science at North Georgia College & State University in 2008, and will graduate in 2011  from Vanderbilt University with her master’s in Nursing Science as a Neonatal Nurse  Practitioner.

She is a Neonatal ICU Nurse at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Lewis Hall and Rosie Hall of Augusta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry and Nellie Moore of Augusta.

He is a 2000 graduate of Dawson County High School.

He graduated from Gainesville State College in 2004 with an associate’s degree in Arts, with a major in general studies, received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in finance from North Georgia College & State University in 2007.

He is a warehouse supervisor with Peach State Freightliner in Jefferson.

The couple plans to wed Aug. 6, 2010, at sunset in Panama City Beach, Fla.
