According to the Bowen’s executive director Ginny Greenwood, about 70 attendees came out on Oct. 29 to enjoy the brunch event.

“Over 70 very witchy guests enjoyed a scrumptious brunch, treats and games,” Greenwood said. “Community sponsors provided wonderful door prizes and costume awards.”

During the event, the Bowen awarded over $600 in prizes thanks to local businesses, including the Blue Bicycle, Señor Fiesta, Michael’s, Starbucks, Jewelry by Selin, Crumbl Cookies, Classic Nails, Miller’s Ale House, Salt Med Spa, Valvoline Express Care, Chicken Salad Chick and 20 Dollar Chiropractic.

A large display of fall quilts were on display at the Bowen during the brunch and remained on display through Nov. 5.
