Haley Burgess tallied 22 points in a 45-20 rout over Jasper Middle School recently at home. Burgess scored more points than the entire Jasper team. With the win the Dawson County Middle eighth grade girls' team remains undefeated with a perfect 5-0 record. Read More

The Dawson County Middle School wrestling program has a bright future according to Head Coach Thomy Edwards. The Tigers wrestled their last match of the season with White County on Dec. 15. Although Dawson County lost the match, Edwards complimented his grapplers for a fine season. Read More
