Willie Mae Ramey, 79, of Cumming, died Oct. 21, 2012. She was a member of Silver Shoals Baptist Church.
Ruth Beatrice Rider
Ruth Beatrice Rider, 89, of Cumming, died Oct. 18, 2012. Born in Oglethorpe, she was the daughter of the late Coile and Lillian Esco.
Ferrell Mather Jennings
Ferrell Mather Jennings, 75, a native of Forsyth County, died Oct. 8, 2012. Ferrell was a member of Brookwood Baptist Church.
John Francis Kenny
John Francis Kenny, 80, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 14, 2012. Born in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of the late Michael and Anna Kenny.
William “Kieth” Pounds
William "Kieth" Pounds, 30, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 15, 2012. Kieth lived with his mother in the southern part of Lumpkin County.

Lona Mae Chester, 86, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 10, 2012. Born Jan. 16, 1926, in Lumpkin County to the late Oscar and Nellie Tow, she lived in Dawson County for more than 70 years.

Wayne "Cabbage" Chester, 62, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 2, 2012. Born April 1, 1950, to the late Earl and Inell Chester, he was a lifelong resident of Dawson County.

Doris G. Evans, 70, of Cumming, died Oct. 5, 2012. Doris was a great mom who loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Amy Rae Harris, died Sept. 30, 2012. She was a dispatcher for the Georgia State Patrol. Survivors include her son, Logan Harris of Kennesaw; parents, David and Mary Bowden of Baltimore, Md.; brother, Jeffrey Bowden; sister, Kelly Colson; various other relatives also survive.
