Clyde Wallace, 71, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 18, 2012. Born July 2, 1941, to the late Stowers and Jamey Wallace, he was a native and lifelong resident of Dawson County.
Katie Lee Wheeler
Katie Lee Wheeler, 90, of Cumming, died Dec. 22, 2012. Mrs. Wheeler was born in 1922, and was a native of Forsyth County.
Willie Frank Suddeth
Willie Frank Suddeth, 67, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 16, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Dec. 19 in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Wanda Welch Tanner
Wanda Welch Tanner, 45, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 12, 2012. Born July 20, 1967, in Gainesville, she had lived in Dawson County for the past five years, having moved from Dahlonega.
John George Wilbanks Jr.
John George Wilbanks Jr., 57, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 13, 2012. Mr. Wilbanks was born March 19, 1955, to John George and Lena Wilbanks Sr. in Chatsworth and was a member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church and Gideons International.
Sue E. Racine Dearmond
Sue E. Racine Dearmond, 78, of Stockbridge, died Dec. 8, 2012. She retired from Reynolds Aluminum and Supply Company after 34 years of service as regional credit manager.

Betty Hight, 61, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 15, 2012. Born Nov. 6, 1951, in Luverne, Ala., to the late Sanford and Clera May Richburg, she had lived in Dawson County since 1992, having moved from Alpharetta.

Larry Perkins, 60, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 14, 2012. Born Feb. 27, 1952, to the late Raymond and Dora Berma Perkins, he was a lifelong resident of Dawson County.

Kyle Alan Robins, 17, of Gainesville, died Dec. 10, 2012. He was a junior at North Forsyth High School.
Carrie Kelley Smith
Carrie Kelley Smith, 51, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 15, 2012. Born July 18, 1961, in Hall County to the late Winford R. and Betty F. Kelley, she lived most of her life in Dawson County.

Willie L. "Pete" Caine, 75, of Forsyth County, died, Dec. 5, 2012. He was of the Baptist faith.

Marie Elrod, 62, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 6, 2012. Born March 11, 1950, to the late Fred Sr. and Joy Stephens, she had been a resident of Dawsonville most of her life.

Nelson Garner, 60, of Forsyth County, died Dec. 2, 2012. He was a 50 year member of Cumming Second Baptist Church.
Scotty Eugene Gayton
Scotty Eugene Gayton, 24, of Forsyth County, died Dec. 5, 2012. His father, Talmadge "T-Bolt" Gayton; grandparents, Georgia Hause, Roy Sams, Tommy Fouts; great-grandparents, Ralph and Hazel House and Bud Nalley, preceded him in death.

Stephen Brent Waters, 33, of Dahlonega, died April 9, 2013. Born Oct. 25, 1979, Mr. Waters was a native of Dawson County and had lived in Lumpkin County for the past year.
