Katie Lee Wheeler, 90, of Cumming, died Dec. 22, 2012. Mrs. Wheeler was born in 1922, and was a native of Forsyth County.
Willie Frank Suddeth
Willie Frank Suddeth, 67, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 16, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Dec. 19 in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel.

Wanda Welch Tanner, 45, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 12, 2012. Born July 20, 1967, in Gainesville, she had lived in Dawson County for the past five years, having moved from Dahlonega.

John George Wilbanks Jr., 57, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 13, 2012. Mr. Wilbanks was born March 19, 1955, to John George and Lena Wilbanks Sr. in Chatsworth and was a member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church and Gideons International.

Sue E. Racine Dearmond, 78, of Stockbridge, died Dec. 8, 2012. She retired from Reynolds Aluminum and Supply Company after 34 years of service as regional credit manager.

Betty Hight, 61, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 15, 2012. Born Nov. 6, 1951, in Luverne, Ala., to the late Sanford and Clera May Richburg, she had lived in Dawson County since 1992, having moved from Alpharetta.

Larry Perkins, 60, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 14, 2012. Born Feb. 27, 1952, to the late Raymond and Dora Berma Perkins, he was a lifelong resident of Dawson County.
