Dawson County rebounded Friday night, after losing to Buford on Jan. 8, to take a hard fought, 55-51, win over North Hall. The Lady Tigers had to come back after trailing by five points early in the fourth quarter.
For the second time in less than four days the Dawson County High School varsity Tigers basketball team faced a worthy opponent. On the schedule this time was a trip to Gainesville to face a tough North Hall Trojan team. The Trojans came into the game with a 14-1 record and a perfect 6-0 record in Region 7-AAA.
The Dawson County High School junior varsity Lady Tiger basketball team used a strong second half to defeat Buford, 40-38, last week. Dawson County trailed by nine points at halftime, 23-14, of the Jan. 8 game.
