Inez Grindle Cain

Inez Grindle Cain, 90, a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, died April 26, 2012.

She was the daughter of the late Charles Columbus and Lilly Jones Grindle.

Inez was a lifelong member and the oldest living member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church in Cumming.

Her husband, Richard Frank Cain; son, Michael Bernard Cain; parents, Charles and Lilly Grindle; six brother and four sisters, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Carol Cain of Cumming, Royce and Sandra Cain of Dawsonville, Donald "DC" and Lu Cain of Kingsland; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Mike Jimison of Sherrills Ford, N.C.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. April 29 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Gerald Blackburn, Jeff Wilkie and Dennis Bottoms officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens in Cumming.

Pallbearers were Stacey Cain, Lynn Cain, Jason Cain, Mickey Cain, Rickey Cain and Cody Cain.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
