William Thomas Chadwick, 74, of Forsyth County, died April 5, 2012.

His wife, Frances Chadwick; granddaughter, Heather Chadwick; great-grandson, Rivers Wade Parker; and a great-granddaughter, Tana Marie Romano, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Lyndon and Charlotte Chadwick of Forsyth County, Billy and Linda Chadwick of Hart County; daughters and sons-in-law, Penny and David Austin of Dawsonville, Helen and Tim Cagle of Cumming, Mary and Daniel Norrell of Gainesville; nine grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. April 9 at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Darrin Sams officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
