ASK THE EXPERTS

Dear Mr. Grogan, Mayor Pro Tem

POSTED: April 4, 2012 4:00 a.m.

The officers, and membership, of the Reading and Education Association of Dawson County extend their condolence to both the family of Joe Lane and, to the citizens of Dawsonville.

Joe Lane served Dawsonville well and will be missed.

He will be remembered for his insight and sense of future need for the residents of Dawsonville.

His concern and passion for raising the level of literacy in Dawson County was one such vision and, helped our County achieve recognition as being a participating literate community.

His sterling qualities and memorable works live on.
