James E. Satterfield, 80, of McDonough, died March 11, 2012.

He was born Jan. 24, 1932.

His wife of 64 years, Reba; children and their spouses, Rick and Darlene Satterfield, Becky and Ed Collins, Tim and Cathy Satterfield, Rodney and Gina Satterfield and Clint and Brianne Satterfield; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.mm. March 14 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral home with the Rev. Bobby Leatherwood officiating. Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park.
