Eric and Dee Anna Toal of Dawsonville announce the engagement of their son, Taylor Toal of Dawsonville to Michelle Mathis of Jesup.

 

She is the daughter of Ted and Debra Mathis of Jesup.

 

The groom-elect is the grandson of Donnie and Brenda Seay and Judy Toal and the late Joseph Toal, all of Dawsonville.

 

He is a 2005 graduate of Dawson County High School and is scheduled to graduate from Georgia Southern University in December 2009 with a degree in marketing.

 

He is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and is employed part-time by Statesboro Bulloch County Parks and Recreation.

 

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Olen and Marion Hires and Harry Mathis and the late Betty Mathis, all of Jesup.

 

She is a 2005 graduate of Wayne County High School and is scheduled to graduate in May 2009 from Georgia Southern University with a degree in finance.

 

She is the captain of the Georgia Southern University Majorettes and is employed part-time by Statesboro Bulloch County Parks and Recreation.

 

The wedding is scheduled for Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. at Milikin Chapel in Jesup.

 

Friends and relatives are invited to attend. No local invitations will be sent.
