Dawson County Middle School recognizes Students of the Month

Dawson County Middle School hosted the Student of the Month luncheon Nov. 20.

  

Teachers are asked to nominate students they feel show leadership skills and good character, both in and out of the classroom. 

  

One boy and one girl are chosen from each grade level. 

  

Dawson County Middle School October Students of the Month were Kyle Hayes, Cassidy Lacours, Eli Brown, Katie Keys, Spencer Roper and Whitney Glover. 

  

Dawson County Middle School would like to congratulate the selected students for a job well done. 

  

Nicky Gilleland, superintendent of Dawson County Schools, Lisa Perry, and Janice Darnell were also invited to the luncheon. 

  

The students received certificates, window decals and coupons from Longhorn Steakhouse.

  

The school would like to say a special thank you to Longhorn Steakhouse for providing the meal and Dairy Queen for donating the cake.

  

Their support is greatly appreciated.
