Lady Eagles fall to Union

The eighth grade girls’ basketball team at Riverview Middle School lost 24-15 to Union County on Nov. 15.

 

“I thought our girls played tough in our zone and played with heart and dedication throughout the game,” said Head Coach Libby Roper.

 

Taylor Grindstaff led the Lady Eagles in scoring with six points.

 

Also adding points were Taylor Bennett with five points and McKay Shively with four points.

 

Riverview will be back in action Nov. 30 at Clear Creek Middle School. Game time will be around 5:15 p.m.
