Vicki Mashburn Benson, 53, of Cumming, died Aug. 27, 2010.

  

Mrs. Benson was a member of Ebenezer Methodist Church in Forsyth County.

  

Her husband, Jimmy Benson; and parents, Billy and Drucila Mashburn, preceded her in death.

  

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth (Beth) Benson; aunt, Mary Marcile Mashburn; stepmother, Gladys Mashburn; brothers and sister-in-law, Paul and Missy Mashburn, Mark Mashburn; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Steven and Patsy Benson, Ben and Ronda Benson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gayle and Jorge Funes; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Betty Benson; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 5 p.m. Aug. 29 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ruel Martin and Danny Hyatt officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to East Tennessee Children's Hospital, in care of Taylor Benson, P.O. Box 15010, Knoxville, TN 37901 or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Donor Services, in care of Taylor Benson, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202 or Steven Benson, 5860 Dahlonega Hwy., Cumming, GA 30028.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
