Richard (Rick) Luckie Stradtman, 59, of Dawsonville, died July 26, 2010.

  

He was born July 7, 1951. Rick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, entrepreneur, sports fanatic, coach, animal lover, Italian food connoisseur and storyteller.

  

His parents, Dee Stradtman-Webb and Luckie Stradtman, preceded him in death.

  

Originally of St. Louis, Mo., he also resided in Chicago, Ill. and Roswell before settling down on Lake Lanier.

  

Survivors include his wife, Connie Stradtman; children, Trish Johnson, Rich Stradtman, Jackie (Eric) Webb, Jon (Kelly) Stradtman, Josh Stradtman, Patrick Stradtman; stepchildren, Jenny (Mike) Diersen, Ryan Barlock, Jackie Barlock; six grandchildren; sisters, Diane (Jim) MacMillan and Fran Bradley; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral Mass was held at 11 a.m. July 29 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming.

  McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements
