Henry Patrick “Pat”Allen Jr.

Henry Patrick “Pat”Allen Jr., 49, of Cumming, died May 29, 2010.

  

Born Feb. 7, 1961 in Atlanta, he had lived in Forsyth County for 22 years having moved from Flowery Branch.

  

Mr. Allen was a graduate of Parkview High School and earned an Associates Degree in mechanics. He was formerly employed as a heavy diesel mechanic with Thomas Concrete and was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church.

  

Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Ann Allen of Cumming; children, Selena and Michael Temples of Dawsonville, Kaylee Allen of Cumming, Bryan Allen of California; parents, Henry Sr. and Carolyn Allen of Lilburn; sisters and brother-in-law, Regina Allen of Lawrenceville, Angela and Johnny Brantley of Thompson; granddaughter, Cheyenne Temples of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. June 1 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Blackwell officiating. Interment followed in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.

  

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
