The Dawsonville Racer swim team will begin practice Monday at the pool at Veterans Memorial Park. The swim team offers an opportunity for both boy and girl swimmers to compete competitively against their peers in a positive environment.

Any girl or boy, between the age of 5-19, is eligible for the swim team.

Cost will be $125 per participant.

Each swimmer will also have to buy a team swim suit. The cost to swim will be $100 per child if a family has three or more children swimming.

The season will run from May 24 to July 30.
