James F. Lord

James F. Lord, 72, of Dawsonville, died May 3, 2010.

  

He was a member of New Hope Baptist Tabernacle Church in Lilburn.

  

Mr. Lord was a park attendant at Clay Hill Campground and started and pastured several churches in the area.

  

Survivors include his wife, Lorene Lord; son and daughter-in-law, James M. and Donna Lord of Dawsonville; daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and Ralph Smith of Sugar Hill, Darlene and Ricky Pirkle of Dawsonville; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. May 5 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Larry Turner, Tony Roughton and Michael Pirkle officiating. Interment will follow in Boiling Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Milton.

  

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
