Ethel Jenkins

Ethel Jenkins, 94, of Dawsonville, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010.

  

Born April 20, 1915 in Hall County to the late Frank and Emma Gregory, she lived most of her life in Dawson County.

  

Mrs. Jenkins was a homemaker, was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by her husband, Toy Jenkins; sons, Jerry "Red" Jenkins, Bobby Jenkins; daughter, Grace Ferenbach.

  

Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Jenkins of Dawsonville, David Jenkins of Lavonia; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

  

At her request, graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Chad Barnes officiating.

  

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
