Mike Turner of Hartwell and Diana Turner of Dawsonville announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Kimberly Diane Turner to Dustin Douglas Wofford.

 

He is the son of Douglas and Vickie Wofford of Dawsonville.

 

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Claude and Sybil Turner of Hartwell, the late Gil Moody of Hiawassee and Adele Moody of Hiawassee.

 

She is a 2001 graduate of North Forsyth High School and attended North Georgia College and State University.

 

She is currently employed as a marketing representative with Appalachian Community Bank in Dawsonville. She is also involved with the Dawson County Kiwanis Club and is an ambassador for the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce.

 

The groom-elect is the grandson of Cecil and Christine Reeves and Lavell and W.A. Wofford, all of Dawsonville.

 

He is a 2000 graduate of North Forsyth High School and is currently employed with Reeves Grading, Hauling and Septic in Dawsonville.

 

The couple plans an open church wedding Sept. 6 at Liberty Baptist Church in Dawsonville.
