Approval of 2010 Mileage Reimbursement Rate – County Manager Tanner  4. Howard Avenue Lease Agreement - County Manager Tanner  5. Discussion of Jail and Parking Lot Debt - County Manager Tanner  6. Approval of Special Inspections Contract for Courthouse  7. County Manager Report  8.
