Neighbours had just finished a year-long deployment in Afghanistan and was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas. The bride is the daughter of Rhonda and Gary Ledford of Dahlonega and Bruce and Alicia Barker of Franklin, Tenn. The groom is the son of Wayne and Kaye Neighbours of Dawsonville. |
