Lydia Bennett Walls, 85, of Cumming, died Sunday, June 28, 2009.

Mrs. Walls was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

  

Her husband, Clarence Walls; parents, Arley and Vie Bennett; brother, Doyle Bennett and sister, Audrey Fields preceded her in death.

  

Survivors include her children, Carroll and Judy Walls of Dawsonville, Martha and Lanier Fauscett of Gainesville, Gary and Sue Walls of Lawrenceville; brother, Marvin Bennett of Dawsonville; sisters, Ruby Walls of Bethlehem, Mattie Day of Cumming; grandchildren, Melissa Moore, Joey Walls, Kimberly Freeman, Casey Fauscett, Dustin Fauscett, Jenna Bryant and Whitney Fauscett; seven great-grandchildren; special niece, Ida Walls; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Danny Bennett, John Lummus and Garry English officiating.

  

Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

  

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
