Jake Eugene Fausett

Jake Eugene Fausett, 16, of Dawsonville, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009.

  

A lifelong resident of Dawson County, Jake was a sophomore at Dawson County High School where he was a member of the Chamber Chorus, the Drama Department and was a former member of the Cross Country team.

  

He was a member of Goshen Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Randell and Doris Fausett.

  

Survivors include his parents, Randy and Roxanne Fausett of Dawsonville; brother, Zachery Alex Fausett of Dawsonville; grandparents, Bill and Hilda Chester of Dawsonville; uncle, Stuart Chester of Cartersville; cousins, Ryan Chester, David Chester and Laura Chester; various other relatives also survive.

  

Funeral services were 3 p.m. Saturday, March 14 at the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville with the Rev. Russell Burt officiating.

  

Interment followed in the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery.

  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chamber Chorus, c/o Dawson County High School, 1665 Perimeter Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
