Beaver joins Lanier Tech

Nancy Beaver has been named Lanier Technical College's vice president for student affairs.

"I am honored to join Lanier Tech," Beaver said in a news release.

"I look forward to working with the excellent student affairs staff to ensure that we are providing innovative programs and services that provide an optimal student-focused experience."

The Habersham County native was most recently the assistant vice president for student affairs at Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta.

Beaver had been with Chattahoochee since 1987, serving in a variety of roles including dean of instruction, registrar and director of institutional effectiveness.
