Schools closed Friday for students, teachers and staff

Make-up days to be announced next week

With the moisture on area roads expected to freeze again overnight and some ice still remaining on less-traveled roads Thursday, Dawson County School Superintendent Keith Porter has canceled classes for students, teachers and staff once again on Friday.

According to an email sent out by the school system, information regarding make-up days will be available on the system website next week.
