Elizabeth D. “Libby” Johnson

Elizabeth D. "Libby" Johnson, 70, of Cumming, died April 24, 2013.

Born in Alpharetta, she was the daughter of the late William and Ethel Dorsey.

Her beloved husband, Robert Earnest Johnson Sr., also preceded her in death.

Libby lived in Atlanta and moved to Cumming in 1990.
She retired from the Secretary of State's Office and became a realtor with ReMax North Atlanta.

Survivors include her children, Robert and Heather Bordeaux of Dawsonville, Elizabeth Roxanne Johnson of Hoschton; sisters, Grace and Marvin Tinsley and Kathleen Dorsey of Alpharetta; much-loved grandchildren, Alex, Janelle and Zoe Bordeaux; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. April 28 in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home with the Revs. Barry Crocker, Kent Samples and Bobby Padgett officiating.

Interment followed at Providence Bible Church Cemetery in Alpharetta.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
