Region 7-AAA selected its All-Region team last week. The team, voted on by coaches, chose Ebo Smith from North Hall and Carly Gilreath from Dawson County as Player-of-the-Year recipients.

Selected for the girls' first team were Gilreath, Lady Tiger teammate Sheyenne Seabolt, Buford players Kristina Nelson, Maya Dillard, and Mackenzie Darrah and Taylor Kennedy from Banks County.

Chosen for second team honors were Kaitlyn Duncan, Banks County, Bree Horrocks, Buford, Kaelyn Gattis, West Hall, Riley Slaton, White County, and Hope Cochran from Fannin County.

Lady Tigers Allie Costley, senior, and Ashley Parker, sophomore, made the honorable mention team.

On the boys side; Dawson County senior, Tyler Dominy, joined Smith on the first team.

Also named first team were Brian Edwards of East Hall, Isaiah Williams of Buford, Adam Kelly of North Hall and Tyswon Cantrell from West Hall.

Tiger Will Anglin was voted to the second team All-Region.

Anglin was joined by A.J. Davis of Buford, Hunter Atkinson of West Hall, Spencer Adams of White County and Griffin Olso from North Hall.

Tigers Jonathan Sanderson and Gunnar Armstrong were named to the honorable mention list.
