Jerry Lee Johnson

Jerry Lee Johnson, 70, of Cumming, died Jan. 9, 2013.

He was a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church.

He was involved with the Boy Scouts, loved trail riding, barrel racing and golf.

His parents, L.B. and Elsie Johnson; and brother, Don Johnson, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Johnson of Cumming; children, Tana Creech of Douglas, Kelly Johnson of Savannah, Aletha and Don Blackstock of Dawsonville, Jennifer and Derrick Mims, Michael MacArthur, all of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Michael Ulmer; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Jan. 12 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Bennett officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to Coal Mountain Brotherhood or Boy Scout Troop 62 of Cumming.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
