Tiffanie Windsor Rowan and Richard Thompson Mattison will wed Dec. 15 at Dawsonville Baptist Church.

Lorann and the late John Rowan of Dawsonville are proud to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Tiffanie Windsor Rowan, to Richard Thompson Mattison.

He is the son of John and Mandy Mattison of Roswell.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Carolyn Ingram and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Stowers of Dawsonville and Mr. and Mrs. Edmond Rowan of Dawsonville.

The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Dawson County High School and currently attends North Georgia College & State University.

The groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Mattison Jr. of Toccoa and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Walker of Cleveland, Miss.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Lassiter High School and a 2012 graduate of North Georgia College & State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and management, minoring in leadership.

He will be a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Armor Branch.

The couple will have an open church wedding at 7 p.m. Dec. 15 at Dawsonville Baptist Church in Dawsonville.
