Robert Francisco Carrino

Robert Francisco Carrino, 81, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 11, 2012.

Born Aug. 9, 1932, in Richmond, Ind., to the late Guisseppi and Susie Carrino, he was a former resident of Peoria, Ill., and had been a resident of Dawsonville since 1998.

Mr. Carrino was employed as a sales engineer in the machine tool industry, retiring in 1997.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Dawsonville and the Dawsonville Lions Club.

His daughter, Marcia Wooly; sisters, Mary Johnson Rosine Terzini; and a brother, Harold Jones, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Mary Carrino; daughters and son-in-law, Terri Carrino and Henry Marshall of Beloit, Wis., Pam Pollack of DeKalb, Ill.; son and daughter-in-law, Robert A. and Brenda Carrino; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 14 at the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville with the Dr. Jim Gaines officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville Building Fund, P.O. Box 1358, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
