Kristina Martin

Kristina Martin, 33, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 22, 2012.

Born June 26, 1979, in Manchester, she had lived in Dawson County for the past four months, having moved from Gainesville.

A homemaker at her death, she was formerly employed by Waffle House and was a member of the Dahlonega Assembly of God.

Her mother, Dorothy Harvell Simmonds, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Tim Martin of Dawsonville; daughters, Jordan Elizabeth Martin, Erin Nicole Martin and Katie Jean Martin, all of Dawsonville; two brothers; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 1 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Dahlonega Assembly of God with the Rev. Steve Landers officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations were asked to be made to the Martin family at Bank of the Ozarks, c/o Martha Holbrook, 2675 Freedom Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041 or to Amicalola Propane Inc., 383 Hwy. 53 West, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
