Willie Mae Ramey

Willie Mae Ramey, 79, of Cumming, died Oct. 21, 2012.

She was a member of Silver Shoals Baptist Church.

Her husband, Morris Ramey; children, Jimmy Ramey, Infant Ramey; parents, Homer and Ruth Witherow; brothers, Roscoe, Herbert, Richard Witherow; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; and brother-in-law, Robert Woody, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Elaine Ramey; daughter, Wanda Smith; son and daughter-in-law, David and Denise Ramey; son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Pam Ramey; son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Alida Ramey; former in-laws, Betty Ramey and Larry Smith; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessie and Lee Woody, Virginia and Leon Woody, Pauline and Homer Long; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Witherow, Faye Witherow; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 24 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Richard Picklesimer, Ruel Martin and Danny Ray Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Oct. 24.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
