Ferrell Mather Jennings

Ferrell Mather Jennings, 75, a native of Forsyth County, died Oct. 8, 2012.

Ferrell was a member of Brookwood Baptist Church.

He enjoyed farming all of his life and was a hard worker.

Ferrell worked at and retired from Sears and Roebuck after 35 years of service.

His parents, Mather and Edna Jennings; and daughter, Cynthia Dale Jennings, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Wanda Jennings of Forsyth County; children, Perry Jennings, Michelle and Don Bryan, all of Forsyth County; sisters and brothers, Ethelene Mauldin of Dawsonville, Lynn Jennings, Morris Jennings, Debra Evans, all of Forsyth County; grandson, Grant Bryan; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Oct. 11 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Donnie Nix and Don Westray officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
